Tis the season for client indulging and mindless nibbling. Its no secret clients wait until the holidays to indulge in the tasty treats the season has to offer….. I’ll have one ginger bread latte with extra whip cream and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin for good luck please. No shade from BYM for clients enjoying the occasional slice of pecan pie this holiday season but we all know folks have a tendency to go overboard especially once we start to “tis the season”. For most of our clients the stress of holiday shopping, family drama and travel make extra pigs in a blanket and office party cocktails seem like a well deserved treat. All that nibbling can definitely impact the skin so, share some skin friendly food choices with your clients this holiday season to help influence their food choices, hell at least if they gain 5-7 pounds they cant say we didn’t try to help em out.
