Spa Inspiration: Fess Parker Wine Country Inn and Spa Los Olivos, Ca

 

 I love researching  for BYM  my husband often jokingly laments ” Honey,  your computer is like your sixth vital organ” he might be right I love scouring through web pages, magazines, and books for content and when it comes to producing engaging material that motivates, inspires, and engages my audience phone calls, interviews,  tradeshows and appearances are all par for the course . When I sat down to work this week my intentions were to gather info for another entry I was working on however I was quickly taken off course by a tale of a frontiersmen that created a charming winery and vineyard in Los Olivos, Ca.  Something about Fess Parker Wine Country Inn and Spa  says “come here and you will love it” take a look.

Identity

American actor Fess Parker known for his portrayal of Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett is the pioneer behind the Fess Parker Wine Country Inn and Spa.  Today the business is run by the Parker Family and has established an identity as a rest, wine and spa oasis.

The Spa

Under the leadership of CEO Eli Parker a strong reputation in the world of wines and vineyards has been established and The Champagne Spa has used this to its advantage by creating packages that allow guest to experience a little wine and a little spa.  The design and colors of the retail boutique reminds me of warm  summers in The Hamptons and the spa menu boasts simple yet engaging selections.   The signature aromatherapy massage whispers “experience me” making this a place that definitely inspires me.

So now consider this…………….

• Do you have something you are known for i.e. wine, or another specialty item that you could incorporate into business?
• Could you partner with a local B & B or Inn and offer your services?
